With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, we are continuously growing and looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team_- Key Responsibilities:_- You will join the Detail Engineering Department working on converting lines for folded tissue production in our plant located in Porcari- You will be responsible for electrical and fluidic design- You will manage the standardisation of existing projects, both in terms of technical and process aspects as well as cost and schedule evaluation- You will analyse development needs that may arise from Production and R&D departments- You will also liaise with other internal departments for analysis and procurement of components and for analysis and estimation of work to be done for cost management- You will be constantly updated on electrical systems and related regulations- You will be constantly updated on safety applied to machines- You will manage bills of material using SAP management software- You will interface with electrical technicians for the assembly of electrical panels- You will interface with mechanical designers to define motors and actuators- You will support in solving technical problems both on-site and at the customer's premises, when necessaryTo succeed in this role you should have:- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering- Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred- Knowledge of CAD design system (Zuken E3; Spac is a plus)- Configuration and management of electrical and fluidic systems- Previous experience with Tia Selection tools is appreciated- Basic mechanical knowledge- Proficiency in Ms Office- Previous experience assembling electrical panels in an industrial machinery workshop is strongly preferred- Fluent in Italian and English- Strong team working skills- Result oriented- Innovative and critical thinking creating value and improving processes- Availability to travelWe offer:- Work in a global organization with international customers and colleagues, dynamic and modern work environment- Onboarding plan- Internal canteen free of charge- Welfare system- Yearly training program- When everything works together_- Valmet is where the best talent from a wide variety of backgrounds comes together.
