Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance

We operate with robust technology roadmaps and an efficient operating model that empowers every engineer to innovate, create value, and reach their full potential.As Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you are able to install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment and machine tools. In addition, you will supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making, develop an operational year plan for manufacturing activities of the team and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.Partner with the bestIn this role you will be responsible for:- Ensuring that equipment, tools and machine tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.- Being responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.- Handling standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning- Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.- Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions- Liaising with production and all functions colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.- Reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults- Understanding PLCs and ISO language programs, automation system, CNC.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:- Experience in Mechatronics / Mechanic, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or have an equivalent high school / college diploma.- Working experience in a similar role for a of minimum 5 years- Proven experience in oil & gas industry- Availability to work in shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Italia and English- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills- Ability to work independently- Strong problem-solving skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
