Disclosers è un’agenzia indipendente di PR e Media Relations in costante crescita.
Lavoriamo ogni giorno con brand appartenenti a settori diversi, tra cui ADCI, Gruppo Schindler, Talent Garden, Serenis, Libraccio.
Siamo focalizzati sulle PR e sulle relazioni con i media, con l’obiettivo di costruire, nutrire e proteggere la reputazione dei brand attraverso strategie e contenuti mediaticamente rilevanti.
Affianchiamo, inoltre, imprenditori, imprenditrici e C-level nel costruire il proprio posizionamento mediatico (copertura media e LinkedIn).
Oggi Disclosers è una realtà strutturata, con oltre 30 professionisti/e, e sta entrando in una fase di maggiore struttura organizzativa.
Descrizione del ruolo
Cerchiamo una persona precisa, organizzata e concreta da inserire nel ruolo di People & Culture Specialist (part-time).
Il ruolo è operativo: la persona lavorerà a stretto contatto con CEO, COO e amministrazione, supportando l’organizzazione su processi di crescita delle persone, comunicazione interna e struttura, con un focus su esecuzione, coordinamento e follow-up.
Mansioni principali
Supporto fasi iniziali di recruiting
- supporto nella scriturra e pubblicazione di annunci per nuove posizioni;
- screening iniziale cv;
- primo contatto per organizzazione colloqui.
Analisi carichi di lavoro
- verifica periodica dei carichi di lavoro del team tramite gestionale;
- segnalazione di sovraccarichi o pattern ricorrenti;
- supporto operativo a livello organizzativo;
- implementare un sistema semplice di raccolta feedback (es. una survey trimestrale o colloqui individuali veloci).
Supporto nella comunicazione interna
- coordinamento comunicazioni interne;
- supporto alla stesura di messaggi e documenti informativi;
- aggiornamento materiali interni (eventuali wiki, documenti persone);
- assicurarsi che le comunicazioni non siano solo informative, ma riflettano il tono dell'agenzia;
- gestire piccoli "rituali aziendali" (compleanni, anniversari lavorativi, momenti di celebrazione dei successi)
Area formazione, certificazioni e premi
- coordinamento operativo delle attività di formazione del team (raccolta bisogni, scouting fornitori, calendario);
- ricerca e gestione fasi per ottenimento certificazioni rilevanti (raccolta requisiti, documentazione, scadenze);
- scouting e supporto per la partecipazione a premi ed eventi coerenti con il posizionamento dell’agenzia;
- supporto alla preparazione dei materiali necessari.
Supporto nelle gare
- preparazione materiali standard su team, struttura e processi;
- coordinamento aggiornamento CV, bio e profili;
- supporto operativo alla raccolta e organizzazione della documentazione richiesta.
Requisiti
- esperienza pregressa (minimo 3 anni) in ruoli People / HR operativi, Office Management evoluto o ruoli organizzativi affini;
- forte capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli;
- approccio pragmatico, affidabile e orientato all’esecuzione;
- capacità di lavorare in autonomia su attività operative;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e gestionali.
Cosa offriamo
- part-time
- contratto CCNL commercio - tempo determinato (12 mesi - con finalità di inserimento)
- RAL €15.000-€17.000
- possibilità di lavoro da remoto (con ufficio sempre a disposizione)
