DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER
Il/La professionista selezionato/a, rispondendo all'
Operations Manager
, sarà il fulcro della strategia di pianificazione aziendale, garantendo l'allineamento tra le vendite e la capacità produttiva.
Sarà responsabile di:
Pianificazione Strategica (Demand Forecasting):
Gestione e ottimizzazione dei modelli previsionali della domanda attraverso l'analisi dei dati storici, dei trend di mercato e degli input commerciali per massimizzare l'accuratezza del forecast.
Gestione Team:
Leadership e coordinamento del team dedicato alla pianificazione, promuovendo una cultura basata sul dato, sulla proattività e sul miglioramento continuo dei processi.
Processo S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning):
Guida e facilitazione dei meeting interfunzionali tra Sales, Marketing e Finance per definire un piano della domanda condiviso e coerente con gli obiettivi di business.
Inventory & Service Level:
Ottimizzazione dei livelli di stock (materie prime e prodotti finiti) per bilanciare la riduzione del capitale circolante con la garanzia di un elevato livello di servizio al cliente.
Monitoraggio KPI:
Definizione e analisi dei principali indicatori di performance (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Stock Cover, Service Level) e implementazione di azioni correttive tempestive.
Innovazione e Strumenti:
Supporto strategico all'Operations Manager nell'implementazione o nel potenziamento di software APS e strumenti di Business Intelligence per la digitalizzazione della Supply Chain.

in contesti manifatturieri strutturati, con conoscenza lavorazioni meccaniche.
Sarà fondamentale aver maturato competenze solide in:
Metodologie di
statistica applicata
al forecasting.
Gestione e sviluppo di team di pianificazione.
Coordinamento di processi S&OP complessi in realtà multi-prodotto.
Ottimizzazione dei flussi logistici e dei livelli di stock (analisi Make or Buy e pianificazione della produzione).
Soft Skills:
Approccio analitico e strategico, eccellenti doti comunicative per interfacciarsi con i reparti commerciali, attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento ai risultati economici.
Lingue:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta).
Strumenti:
Padronanza eccellente di
Excel (avanzato)
, sistemi
ERP
e, preferibilmente, software specialistici
APS
(Advanced Planning System) e strumenti di
BI
.
