Cerchiamo uno/una Stagista Customer Support & Order Processing da inserire nel team di Inside sales all'interno del Dipartimento Commerciale.
Una persona organizzata, curiosa e con forte orientamento al cliente, pronta a imparare come funziona il dietro le quinte di un'azienda tech che cresce in modo rapido e internazionale.

Cosa farai
• Gestire l'inserimento e il monitoraggio degli ordini sulla piattaforma MadeInAdd
• Supportare clienti e partner nelle fasi di ordine, spedizione e post-vendita
• Collaborare con il team tecnico e commerciale per garantire puntualità e qualità
• Gestire le comunicazioni con la rete di produzione e i fornitori
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di customer experience
Skills ricercate
• Laurea triennale
• Percorso tecnico-ingegneristico o interesse per il mondo industriale saranno ritenuti preferenziali
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel
• Spiccate capacità analitiche
• Familiarità con strumenti digitali di CRM e gestione ordini sarà ritenuta preferenziale
• Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di organizzare le priorità
• Attitudine alla comunicazione e al lavoro in team
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato
• Curiosità versol'innovazione e le tecnologie di produzione avanzate
