What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Quality Data Analyst Intern to join our European team at Haier. This high-impact role offers exposure to a fast-growing environment and the chance to develop hands-on experience in data-driven service management.
Under the guidance of the Senior Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Service Reporting (TAT & STAT, SR Pending, WIP, Recall rate) - creating detailed reports on Call/Rate by Country and Product Line
Cost Control Reporting - Analyzing Pex on Call data by Country and Product Line; Tracking replacement volumes and values by Country and Product Line
Service Network Reporting - Maintaining and updating the Quality Dashboard
Customer Satisfaction Reporting - Conducting surveys and monitoring Service Levels
What you need to succeed
Recent graduate or student in statistics or a related field
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
